Man. My relationship with the Olympics is a tumultuous one. I used to hate it because it would always preempt my favorite shows and completely dominate discussion at school/work, which is shitty when you’re someone like me who doesn’t care about sports. But then I discovered how it can actually be kind of fun to watch sports when you’re completely not emotionally invested in the outcome and can just watch the best athletes doing what they do best: flexing or stretching or swimming or flipping or whatever. It’s dope.
That said, the Olympics have made it phenomenally easier for me to come up with trivia questions for the coming weeks, and I’m absolutely stoked on that.
